I believe Obamacare was never intended to be a successful health insurance option for citizens. It was always intended to digitize all of our medical records, which it did. From there, the current medical tyranny we are enduring was vastly facilitated. That was always the plan - the medical technocracy all started with the ACA. The gateway to Digital IDs, Vaccine Passports, etc. In that sense, for the tyrants ruling over us, it was a tremendous success.

Reagan also wisely said, in 1961, that the US should never accept socialized medicine because it is the cornerstone of socialism/communism.
