I have a question regarding subscribers/followers.

Over the last year, my subscriber count has trended modestly downward. No worries. But my follower count (which I have literally just discovered) treks sharply in the opposite direction.

So, is there a value judgment between the two? Should I focus on followers over subscribers? What do you think?

Also: Is there a list of those followers? Like on Twitter?
