As someone who works in the arts as a Marketing and Communications Consultant, I can totally relate to this. I have learned the importance of speaking about the menopause, partly as I couldn't hide my symptoms, and partly because it shouldn't be something we're ashamed to talk about, and partly to educate colleagues. I'm now evangelical about informing younger women to educate themselves in advance of the perimenopause so they are prepared, in a way I totally was not. So, I've signed up to support this important campaign.
