Robert Mueller died on March 20. Events that followed his death—from the President Truth-Socialing “Good,” to the Department of Justice paying Michael Flynn over one million taxpayer dollars, to the debate over FISA reauthorization—made me feel like it’s time to revisit Mueller’s work.
