This is someone in Gaza saying this so can you imagine how bad it must be?
My mother cried after watching this video.
Too many of these babies look like they were born during the genocide or just shortly before.
I don’t even know if I should be focusing on pushing for more donations right now or just talking about what this video shows. Because it’s just too heartbreaking. Children shouldn’t have a childhood built around chasing water, guarding water, treating water like it’s the only thing they’re allowed to love.
When we need water, we get up and turn on the tap or twist a bottle cap. Gaza obviously doesn't have that privilege.
We’re doing all we can with what we have right now to alleviate the water shortage for as families as possible. If we get more support, we can distribute to more places in a day.

Today, we received a 12,000-liter water truck and delivered it to two displacement camps.
The first was Al-Amadi Camp, which is crowded with displaced families living in tents. There, 220 families received clean water.
The second was Al-Ain Camp, where another 80 families benefited from the delivery.
The weather was unbearably hot today. Many people waited patiently to fill their containers—not only to have drinking water, but also to splash some of the cool water on their faces for relief from the heat.
There were so many children. One moment, in particular, stayed with me. A very young girl insisted on carrying the water container herself, even though her mother kept telling her not to. Her brother, who looked to be about the same age, also wanted to carry it. It was as if, despite being only a child, he already felt it was his responsibility to make sure his family had water.
