It’s utterly insane that police reform isn’t even on the table as LA overhauls the city charter for the first time since the 1990s.

Los Angeles owes such a debt to Catie and all the other people who held it down at 535 Alameda this year. Read her words, follow their lead, and email the charter reform committee to demand they reform the LAPD.
