Be bored more often.

Go for long walks. Meditate. Journal your thoughts. Read new books. Spend time alone without devices. You would get to understand yourself a lot much better. Your brain gets the best ideas when it is left to wander.

In those quiet moments, you'll uncover clarity and inspiration that can't be found in constant stimulation.

I cannot express how much I admire and respect this man. I supported him for president back in 2019 and will support him for ANY elected office in the future. He’s the real deal 💙💙

sometimes i wonder how many versions of myself i’ve outgrown without even noticing. i look back at old photos and remember the thoughts i used to carry, the dreams i thought would save me. it’s strange how you can live inside yourself every day and still not realize you’re evolving. it’s only when you look back that you realize how far you’ve come, how many lives you’ve already lived in the same skin.

Best mental reset I’ve learned:

If your mind is loud — Write.

If your mind is empty — Read.

If your mind is racing — Walk.

If your mind is tired — Sleep.

If your mind is sharp — Build.

Most problems are just mismatched energy. Get the inputs right, the rest follows.

How to brainwash your mind in next 7 days:

Wake up and don't look at your phone for 1 hour.

Drink 3 litres of water every day.

Do your most important task in the morning.

Exercise at least 1 hour per day.

Replace social media with knowledge books.

You probably won't see this account again, so don't forget to follow us.

Welp, better up my personal armory. I only live fifteen minutes away from campus...

The Duolingo CEO said, “Ultimately, I’m not sure that there’s anything computers can’t really teach you.”

He clearly has never sat with a child, legs crossed, and taught them how to tie their shoe.

He clearly has never taught the first period on a Tuesday after a 3-day weekend.

He clearly has never taught any period after lunch.

Teaching is much more than content.

A guy told me a story yesterday. He works in IT, and whenever he needs advice, he posts a question on Reddit.

He rarely gets many helpful replies.

So he logs out, switches to another account, and replies to his own post — with a wrong answer.

That comment always gets way more useful responses.

“People don’t like helping others, but they never miss a chance to correct someone,” he said.
