Oh, we already have a police state for sure:

- cannot enter public places without proof of government injection compliance

- must hide face unless politically important

- all dissent from state narrative ruthlessly censored by orders from Biden White House

- doctors lose licenses for speaking up

And on and on. They just need to declare another "emergency" to do it again whenever they want, because we failed to hang them last time.
