One thing I’ve run into lately is that our tools were never built for AI development. As awesome as git is, the PR workflow does not work with a 150 file PR in a single commit. I’ve been writing some wrappers for it so separate the PR by feature and software layer. Seems to be helping - the PRs seem to be human reviewable (or at least comprehensible).
