I’m practicing the "Stethoscope Rule" tonight. 

I’m taking off the medical hat, the scheduler hat, and the "fixer" hat. I’m just checking in with my own Elements of Mind, Body, and Soul, and encouraging my partner to do the same. We don't need a solution tonight; we just need a moment where we feel safe and heard on the couch together. 

Which "hat" do you need to take off tonight to find a moment of harmony?
