Many of you know what it’s like to live inside a body that hurts, feels unreliable, or refuses to cooperate. To hide it. To minimize it. To wonder if you’re imagining things. To long for clarity. For a name. For relief.
And sometimes clarity comes, but not the kind you hoped for. No quick fix. No easy path forward.
So what do you do then?
Part 1 of this series is my honest attempt to sit with that question. To tell the truth about my own body, my own fears, and what it’s been like to receive answers that change how I live.
Maybe the only way we get through seasons like this is not by fixing them, but by walking through them together.
