I stopped treating the agent like a chatbot and started treating it like an employee with a very limited mission.
That changed everything. As soon as I forced it to do only a few repeatable steps, the failure rate decreased and the recovery points became clear. The real problem is not the quality of the model, it's trying to make one agent do five jobs.
