Simply because Ok Mobility Spain customer service is one of the worst I have seen in the industry.

Have currently a dispute with this company, the first I ever had with rent-a-car company in so many years, and almost 2 weeks have passed, and no supporting documentation was sent by Ok Mobility Spain to support their claim and charge.

The employee that received the car back was arrogant to say the least, and above all did do not do what he had committed to do i.e. revise the images and send proof of his claim.

Unfortunately, would need to move a step forward in this dispute, as i cannot settle it via a frank dialogue as 2 entities in dispute should!

But the advice stays, choose another rent-a-car at least while traveling in Spain.
