After three years of development, I finally decided to create graphics for my framework, The Embodied Resilience Pain Recovery Method!
I’m so proud of this method, because it works. It integrates pain neuroscience, somatic expression and biomechanics to create an individualized toolbox of strategies for long term resilience.
