We live in a time that people are more inclined to obey an unlawful executive order than they are to follow a court order 🤦🏾‍♀️.

Dictators are created due to cruelty, cowardice, & compliance! IF THEIR ASSES will ignore the Supreme Court, we can definitely IGNORE HIM!

Pam Bondi said on Fox that the FBI’s arrest of a county judge is “sending a very strong message.” Yes, Pam, and that message is, this country is being ruled by fascist traitors.

Because I have been reading this column for a long time, it seems a little weird to see this stuff finally showing up in the news. It's like reading current news that Nixon committed crimes, or that the Allies won WWII. Or actually, more like having read today's newspapers a year ago, due to some anomaly in the flow of time.

Agreed, Joseph! How much longer will we be reading about these crimes so blatantly committed by tfg and Eastman with no steps being taken to prosecute the perpetrators?

Judge Carter has painstakingly spelled out every criminal step taken by these two master criminals. And, Heather you have laid out his primary findings with your usual clarity.

"Eastman and Trump 'launched a campaign to overturn a democratic election, an action unprecedented in American history,' Carter wrote. 'Their campaign was……

Actually these are the steps that need to be taken to prosecute the criminals. IMO It is wise for the DOJ to let the committee work on, while they simultaneously do their work.

My question: is it simply business as usual at the DOJ? How many people are "on this case"? None? One? Two? 30? 60? Is the DOJ even "on the case"? Or do we have to wait another 15 months+ for them to run their own investigation, and come up with their own facts about actual crimes committed by the and his hired henchmen? THAT is what makes government inner. Talk about defunding the police!

You have to know the history of Merrick Garland. He is nothing if not precise, pain staking and thorough. When the DOJ presses charges under his direction it won't be with a slight tap it will be with a velvet gloved sledge hammer.

Plus that ridiculous McConnell held the nation in thrall with Garland’s nomination, thumbing his nose at all of us but especially President Obama with his Whitehate “how you like me now, boi?” shit using Merrick Garland as the means for the insult. Now I do not know the man, but Mr Garland’s reputation suggests that he will not appreciate being collateral damage in a racist trolling of our constitution one bit, and when juxtaposed with the celerity of the hearings for Amy Cooney Whatsis, that u…

Whoa! I thought TC wrote this and had to look at the author! Gobsmacked!
