šØ In 2026, Customer Service Is Getting Prioritized šØ
Going into 2026, one of my biggest goals for PeptidePrice is making sure itās not just the best place to compare and buy ā but a place where you actually have a good experience doing it.
Iāve seen too many disappointing customer service situations lately: long wait times, unanswered emails, and issues dragging on way longer than they should. I understand busy sales and holidays happen ā but some of this is unacceptable.
Hereās whatās changing š
A new feature is coming to
If you reach out to a companyās customer service and donāt get a response within 48 hours, youāll be able to contact me directly through the site.
Why this matters:
⢠Lets me track unresolved issues
⢠Identifies repeat problems
⢠Holds vendors accountable
If a company shows a pattern of poor service, there are only two outcomes:
1ļøā£ They fix it
2ļøā£ They lose their spot
Thatās it.
You guys are what keep these companies running. If they canāt prioritize their customers, they shouldnāt benefit from the trust and traffic this platform provides.
I donāt take customer treatment lightly.
Iāll share more updates as this feature gets built out.
