🚨 In 2026, Customer Service Is Getting Prioritized 🚨

Going into 2026, one of my biggest goals for PeptidePrice is making sure it’s not just the best place to compare and buy — but a place where you actually have a good experience doing it.

I’ve seen too many disappointing customer service situations lately: long wait times, unanswered emails, and issues dragging on way longer than they should. I understand busy sales and holidays happen — but some of this is unacceptable.

Here’s what’s changing šŸ‘‡

A new feature is coming to

If you reach out to a company’s customer service and don’t get a response within 48 hours, you’ll be able to contact me directly through the site.

Why this matters:

• Lets me track unresolved issues

• Identifies repeat problems

• Holds vendors accountable

If a company shows a pattern of poor service, there are only two outcomes:

1ļøāƒ£ They fix it

2ļøāƒ£ They lose their spot

That’s it.

You guys are what keep these companies running. If they can’t prioritize their customers, they shouldn’t benefit from the trust and traffic this platform provides.

I don’t take customer treatment lightly.

I’ll share more updates as this feature gets built out.
