I have a few topics in mind to write about, but I've been in overdrive on the employment seeking front. I literally burn my brain out daily reading through job descriptions because many prospective employers don't put sufficient keywords in the title of the job posting. The software industry is somewhat unique in that a single job title like senior software engineer, couldn't compass one or more of perhaps 30 programming languages, it could involve or require knowledge in countless different framework Technologies, across five or more different operating systems, and three or more different cloud services each with multiple containerization Technologies. Hence, you pretty much have to open the vast majority of job postings, scan through them to find specific requirements to even determine whether or not you should consider applying for it. In any case, I think I have a couple good irons in the fire at this time, as initial and follow up interviews have gone what seemed to have been well. Hoping that by this time next week I can start contributing to GDP again.
