The app for independent voices

Sometimes having a public platform is great because you process out loud and it helps you make sense of where you’re at.

Sometimes it’s not great— because you share things you probably shouldn’t, receive advice where you weren’t seeking it, and feel that you must take it all on as a price for sharing in the first place.

This ‘public platform’ dynamic and its affect on our mental health, and our physical health, is what I’d return to my PhD for.
