Our generation is yearning for the analog life. It’s not a trend. Neither is Jesus. It’s that people are quite literally going mad. The psychological warfare, the sheer volume of constant tension and conflict, relentless ploys to make people more hateful, more afraid, more unsettled, more divided— people can only tolerate so much. When people quit social media, get a dumb phone or pick up a Bible — don’t roll your eyes. It makes perfect sense. The online world is totally mad and too many have become comfortable in it.
