Whether someone is a grifter has nothing to do with their intelligence. It has to do with their integrity. He could be a genius grifter. He could be amoral, immoral, or maybe even as moral as any atheist can be. There is too much noise to be certain about any of this. One thing is sure. He is definitely a player.
