I want a new kind of punctuation to help me refer to complex indes within a sentence
One might think that < long clause with subordinate that's > but in fact ….
I’m going to start using < > and see if it catches on unless there are better suggestions. Quotes don't work because they imply it's a quotation, parens don't work because they make it appear as if it is an aside.
I don't understand why we don't already have a kind of psuedo-quotation environment like this already.
