Fort Lauderdale Condo Correction Bus Tour Scheduled For Saturday

The Miami Condo Correction Tours™ is hosting a 4-hour bus tour of the Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Beach market at 10 am Saturday, April 4, 2026.

South Florida expert Peter Zalewski will narrate the educational tour that is designed to teach buyers how to identify and evaluate condo projects while sifting through opportunities and value traps.

Attendees will receive a list of condo projects and a market assessment handout while exploring the local landscape of Broward County's most important condo market.

The tour departs from Greater Downtown Miami with a second pickup in Dania Beach.
