When counting the costs of the Covid-panic lockdown, don’t forget that American citizens were deprived of the right to free assembly, which is guaranteed by the First Amendment.

We think first of the right to free speech. But without the right to assemble, the right to free speech is severely degraded. You can speak, but you can’t get people together to listen, to discuss, to seek redress.
