Just sent out my free weekend update. Two big stories this week. First the struggling Russian offensive shows that all the nonsense about the unstoppable Russian military and Ukraine on the point of losing was wrong.

Had Trump not won and the US maintained strong support for Ukraine, the Russian military would have been in very bad shape in 2025. Also this week confirmed all the details of what can only be called the US-Russia Pact. It’s not pretty.
