Are we really going to throw out the entire idea of food technology because Doritos and high fructose corn syrup exist? It doesn’t have to be true that technology in food = processed, unnatural junk = bad for you. There can be a version of food tech that improves the quality of food — one that can (to borrow a phrase) Make America Healthy Again.
