Your article inspired me to also dive into a personal tutorial through the new AI world as I don’t want be left behind either. And being an older parent than you are, I have found the percentage shitt even more when it comes to who’s teaching whom. I’ve reached a point where often I’m learning more from my kids than I am able to teach them. It’s actually a beautiful thing! And now i’m navigating learning another new skill having recently become a grandparent… And that is accepting that my children will raise their children differently than I may wish at times. Times change, and so does parenting. A more seasoned grandparent said to me the key to respectful grandparenting is to learn to “bite your lip until it bleeds“ Guess we just have to trust that our kids will do the very best they can with their kids as we did with them!
