Hi Chris, a number of my paid subscribers, including a high-paying founding subscriber. suddenly stopped getting emails from me in June and now only get them intermittently. I have been through every step using Substack’s support pages, had them check spam and promotions folders and add my email to their provider. It is NOT on their end. I have been trying desperately for days to get your AI support chatbot to open a ticket to no avail. I am close to leaving the platform in frustration. This is not fair to me or my subscribers. Please help!
