What’s up with ‘FIBERMAXXING’ on the socials? Fiber for cholesterol and blood glucose management and for butyrate production…YES.

Fiber-frenzy… added to everything? I’m seeing a case of colon-blow in the future.

How bout a sane whole foods diet ( animals and plants or vice versa) . Plenty of fiber for most folks.

I’m a butyrate-believer. ( but I also like to get it from butter!)

Has the fiber craze gotten out of hand? What are your thoughts?
