I asked Phill about his favorite movies. Here is his reply: “In NC (prisons), we use ViaPath tablets. Entertainment packages suck. But occasionally, they'll post a decent movie that'll make me spend $8 for 200 minutes to watch it. The two movies that I like the most right are Fences starring Denzel Washington and Hamnet. I think Fences is Denzel's best acting. I've seen most of his films, and he really evokes emotion as a broken-spirited villain. Hamnet made me cry big ol' tears almost all the way through. The intention of the piece is no twist, but man, it still sneaks up on you. I recommend both if you're at home looking for something to watch.”
