We have all used the Duck Test at some point to make sense of things that we don't fully understand. It goes like this—If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
Beware of the AI "Duck Test" in patent drafting, especially when you are vibe patent drafting.
Just because an AI-generated draft looks like a patent, formats like a patent, and reads like a patent, doesn't mean it’s legally defensible.
Don't mistake surface plausibility for quality.
