We see in other people what we lack. The choices we haven't made. The paths we've been too afraid to take. The pieces missing from completing our own puzzles, the pieces that would make our lives feel like *ours* again. If you don't build your own purpose, create your own body of work, only read books that interest you, and learn that all of this is in your own hands, and your hands alone, you will never live a life that's truly yours.
