❶/ G — Google your exposure:

"Act as a digital privacy analyst. I'm going to paste a list of Google results for my name, email, and phone number: [paste results]. Categorize each result as: data broker, social media, old account, or published article. Rank them in deletion priority order from highest risk to lowest. Flag anything that shows sensitive personal data (address, phone, financials)."

❷/ H — Hit the Brokers

"Act as a legal compliance writer specializing in U.S. consumer privacy law. Write a CCPA opt-out and deletion request to data broker [broker name]. My personal information: [name, email, address]. Rules: include specific CCPA statutory language, cite the right to deletion under Section 1798.105, set a 30-day response expectation, and keep the tone formal but non-aggressive."

❸/ O — Off With Dead Accounts:

"I want to permanently delete my [service name] account — not deactivate it. Walk me through the exact deletion process. Rules: distinguish deactivation from full deletion, list every step required to ensure data is fully erased, flag if a retention policy overrides the deletion request."

❹/ S — Send Legal Demands

"Act as a data protection attorney familiar with GDPR (EU),CCPA (USA). Write a formal personal data deletion request for [company name]. Rules: if EU-based cite Article 17 GDPR. Include identity verification language, specify a 30-day mandatory response period, add escalation language if ignored."

❺/ T — Track Your Breaches

"Act as a cybersecurity risk analyst. Here is my breach history from Have I Been Pwned: [paste list]. Rules: rank each breach by current risk level (high/medium/low), assign a specific remediation action to each (password change, 2FA activation, or full deletion), give me a 20-minute action plan ordered by urgency."

How to use:
