Sorry, but neither the House nor Senate democratic leaders have any enforcement mechanism with which to address those ignore the courts on behalf of DJT. The only branch of government with the power and means to enforce anything is the executive with the Commander in Chief at the helm. Democracy is built on the trust that each branch will observe their roles and limits of power. When one branch, the one that controls the guns, refuses to play by the rules, what will the courts and congress do?
The COURTS can enforce their orders. They have civil contempt authority and can impose penalties on people who “aid and abet” violation of court orders. Musk is aiding and abetting; set the fine high enough to get his attention. The COURTS are letting them get away with it, not Congress.
