When did “voy a la cama” become “voy a acostarse?”

I don’t know who changed Spanish to this new Spanish but I’m going back to the Boricua coffers to brush up because Duolingo is confusing the hell out of me and there are fifty-leven different Spanishes out here in South Florida that I do not aim to drown in 😩
