I read an article recently that shared the power of writing down goals. Specifically that people who write down their goals are 42% more likely to achieve them than those who don’t.

of AB Coached would always tell me in our sessions over the years that I should start writing down my goals. I would brush it off and think, what does it matter?

But on my 33rd birthday (on 12/12/17), I remember going for a walk on the beach by myself and sat down on the sand and wrote down in an iphone note my goals - what a full life would look like to me in a few years.

I recently went through my phone and found this note from 2017. The note included 6 goals. Every single one of them has happened (one as recently as a few months ago).

There is POWER in writing down your goals. Even though it might seem like a simple task, you get clarity on what you really want and the steps you need to get there.
