Some of us are pretty amazed by artificial intelligence, but we take genuine intelligence for granted.

We are surrounded by human beings—the images of God—capable of genuine creativity, imagination, and thought. We may not always agree with each other’s thoughts, but we should never take for granted our ability to think them.
