To re-situate myself in the world, I find places where anxiety can no longer make sense. These moments in such places do not force a smile but make it spontaneously feel like being human again. Being grateful and appreciative is what I seek out in my ‘break time’, away from books, coffee, or socializing with people.
Such places create events that are embodied and sensorially situated, forming long-lasting memories of a sense of being there.
