Thanks to the generosity of my community contributions to the Gofundme I’ve been able to buy food for me and my dog, I’ve been able to buy some underwear, a pot and pan to cook with while I’m at this hotel, and I’ve been able to engage in some self care by getting a haircut and a massage. I’ve also had friends donate clothes and shoes for me to wear. It’s the generosity from my tribe that has allowed me to bridge the event on 10/18 to the present day in order to survive.
