It feels as though it might be safe to come out now. Out of the depression, oppression, suppression that has choked out our basic sense of being, of belonging. Like we were just unwanted guests in what is our country too. Makes you want to throw back the curtains, open the windows and just fucking breathe.
But remember, there is still a slippery mountain to climb.
