I would not hold out any hope on the Supreme Court the 3 liberals will never vote favorably. Roberts will vote with them if he capture one of the conservative justices to make it 5-4 We place way too much faith in the legal system. It’s as corrupt as the rest of DC. Just look at what they are actually convicting the Jan 6 th protestors. They twisted some section of the legal code 10 million times to distort it from its original meaning and then only apply this new legal theory to the Jan 6th folks and nobody else.
