I have now been trying to update my mobile phone number on an amazon pen name for two years. I wish this was a joke. Every time I speak to them they think I am talking about shopping, and tell me the account needs to sync, which is great, but how am I, as a customer, supposed to do that? Do I need to rub the accounts together? Put a record on? Light some candles?
