With a lot of time and community effort, we have been able to track down the true “Jim Atkins” from the 1984 survivor’s depositions. He is Jimmy L. Atkins, of Fort Mitchell, KY. He passed away in 2003 at the age of 69, making him 50 years old in 1984. He owned Harbour Realty and Rentals in Hilton Head, but was also the President/Director of Betz College Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio.
