I am getting a lot of flack from people in my life who are Trumpers. Long time friends and family that think I’m overreacting to what is happening. They say that he will root out the corruption and MAGA.

The truth is I actually hope they are right. I want to be wrong. I will celebrate being wrong. But if I’m not wrong. If they are wrong and all my fears come to pass, will the Trump crowd own it? Will they admit to fault? Will they show remorse for the damage he causes? I suspect not. I think they will say the same thing an abusive spouse says, “ look what you made me do”.
