Finally giving myself permission to not show up on Instagram this year.

it’s been the “hub” for us all yet it lacks depth and connection for me personally.

I’ve found more of my community on YouTube and Substack, yet I tried to go against the grain because we were conditioned to think we needed a presence on IG.

I’m curious how many other people broke up with Instagram and went rouge? Idk feeling the urge today to really flow with my feelings and honor them.

I think we show up best where we align. What do you think?
