BLOOD-CURDLING SCREAMS

ICE agents pulled a man from his truck in Santa Paula, California, and tased him while he was on his way to work.

Neighbors say they heard a blood-curdling scream outside and came out to find him pinned down by masked agents with concealed badges.

That is the part ICE cannot control: the screams, the witnesses, and the cameras.

When people tried to document it, agents reportedly threatened to mace them.

This is not enforcement. This is terror in a neighborhood before work.
