Rep. Sylvia Garcia went inside the ICE detention center to speak with the men who were in the van with Lorenzo Salgado Araujo.

After hearing them directly, she says their account of Lorenzo’s killing is completely different from what ICE told the public.

She left with a broken heart and renewed determination. She says she will keep fighting until Lorenzo’s family gets the truth and justice they deserve.
