THE ICE AGENT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED

The ICE agent accused of shooting and killing Joan Sebastian Guerrero has been identified as David Brouillette by people close to him and witnesses who were at the scene.

Brouillette was captured on bystander video in Biddeford, Maine, where ICE killed the 26-year-old Colombian father.

Joan’s three-year-old daughter lost her dad. His family lost a husband and father. The public is still waiting for the government to name the agent who fired the shots.

David Brouillette must be investigated, charged, and held accountable for killing Joan Sebastian Guerrero.
