Scrum Master: Story points mean nothing. You have to remember that! They are not hours or days; they're just numbers. Actually you could pick barn yard animals if you want. Should we do that? Is this story a chicken or goat? Maybe not quite as big as goat ... should we say it's a pygmy goat?
