I started on Substack because I noticed something happening.

We're in the middle of the biggest shift in how humans work, think, and define themselves. And most of the conversation is either utopian hype or dystopian panic.

I wanted a space for the messy middle. The place where we're excited and terrified at the same time. Where we're using AI every day and also worrying about what it's doing to us.

I don't have it figured out. I'm not sure anyone does. But I think the conversation itself matters.

Thinking out loud, together, about what it means to stay human when the tools keep changing.
