Day 6 of our series inspired by Dr. Chanequa Walker-Barnes' book Sacred Self-Care:

"Reflect on the following questions using a journal or a sheet of paper: What personal and family stories of trauma, violence, and abuse does your body tell? What generational traumas need healing? You do not have to go into details about the trauma. You don't even need to know what those details are. Perhaps you have only a vague feeling that something happened because you have seen the same effects play out in your family generation after generation. Just name those."

Now, take a moment to reflect on healing—for yourself and those who came before you. Hold space for growth, acknowledge the past, and set an intention for resilience and renewal.
